Pretty well, actually. You can't expect something so far from the source material and in a completely different market to be the same, especially since this market may have a different palate. Kudos to California Mexican Food for putting out a good product! That said the meats were a bit dry and missing that savory juicy texture that sets the best tacos apart from simply good ones, which these are.
