❤️ Taiwanese Sticky Rice Recipe
💛 Main Ingredients
3 Cups of Glutinous Rice
*With 2.1 cups of water
Cook in the rice cooker's brown rice mode
*1 cup = 180cc

💛 Ingredients
300g of Pork (Ratio of lean meat to fat: 2:1)
3-4 Shiitake Mushrooms (pre-steamed)
1 handful of Dried Shrimp
1 bowl of Water (180~200cc)
3 tbsp of Da Cheng Chicken Oil Sealed Shallots

💛 Seasonings:
3 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
2 *¼ tsp of Sugar
1 *¼ tsp of Salt (1g)
1 *¼ tsp of MSG
White Pepper Powder (to your likes, optional)

💛 Main Tools:
Rice Cooker (with brown rice mode)
Stainless Chinese Wok
