Live Recording at a private home concert during Ganesh Festival 2023. Raag Bageshri - Vilambit (Slow) composition set to Ektal 12 Beats followed by two drut ( fast) compositions in Ektal 12 beats and Teental 16 beats respectively. Tabla accompaniment is provided by Shri. Abhijit Kherde.
The complete presentation is by Gayaki Aang - ( Vocal Style ) where Upendra has presented slow Alapi followed by Vilambit Khayal in a complete Gayaki style of presentation. The presentation evolves the way a Vocal presentation in Hindusthani Classical Music is presented. Upendra has been a disciple of veteran harmonium Legend Pt. Appasaheb Jalgaonkar. Currently he is also getting guidance from senior violinist Pt. Vasantrao Sheolikar. Live recording and hence use of head phones is highly recommended.
