In this video, I show you how I made this delicious mango raspberry layered cake. It consist of a fluffy vanilla sponge, that's layered with a raspberry German buttercream and a mango fruit insert. I decorated it using a technique to get beautiful stripes on the outside of the cake.

Mango Fruit Insert:
500 grams thawed mango
20 grams sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 package (9 grams) gelatin
100 ml water

Sponge Cake:
4 room temperature eggs
125 grams sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
125 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

German Buttercream:
1 1/2 packages vanilla pudding (cooked with 200 ml cream and 300 ml milk per package)
375 grams room temperature butter
200 grams frozen raspberries
100 ml water

A few drops of food coloring of your choice.
I used a mix of yellow and orange to get a mangoy color.
I also ended up using a small drop of green for the leaves.
