📝 Palm Beach Question number one on the ballot 2022 says increase workforce and affordable housing units to address rising housing cost general obligation bonds.

❓ Who is behind this? Real estate Developers and Real Estate contractors. They want $200,000,000 (two hundred million) subsidy from the taxpayer. They don’t have a good track record of making affordable housing though. Look at what they did in Arden out West Palm Beach County. They didn’t build any affordable housing out there and they paid a fine. Vote no on 1 Unless you’re a big-time real estate developer or contractor. Then you of course want to vote yes.

📝 Palm Beach County question on ballot number 2 for 2022 referendum to continue Ad valorem Levy for school safety, teachers and operational needs. They’ve been levying ad valorem taxes for a few years now. This is a continuation of what the voters overwhelmingly approved before. They have the authority to Levy one mill. That would means you would pay a buck for every thousand dollars of assessed value on your property.

👉🏻 What are you getting return? School police school safety mental health services art music and physical education. Also pays petri teachers more. Vote yes on two. Unless you’re a single person with no kids and you don’t care about other people’s kids.
