Thank you for watching my smoked prime rib recipe video. On this video, I smoked a prime rib from Creekstone Farms on my new Yoder YS1500s pellet smoker. This Creekstone Prime rib had a really good beefy flavor and it was super juicy. My Yoder YS1500s did a fantastic job on the prime rib and the smoke flavor was spot on.
