Dee Synnott is a traditional green wood worker based in Tipperary in Ireland. He hand crafts bowls and cups on a foot powered spring lathe that he built himself out of scrap pieces of wood. He shows us how to make a bowl and tells us all about the lathe and associated chisels, most of which he also made!
