The VCC-80/60 is the first tier lX tank in War Thunder that has an APFSDS shell with not so good penetration. But this tank also has a fairly fast shell reload of 2 seconds which makes this vehicle somewhat better and plus mobility is fairly good.
You should really maximize its penetration by shooting at the weak points of the opposing tank.
With its thin armor and good mobility you can use this tank as a support and flanker.
