Hello, everyone.
This recipe is 'Banofee Pie', a pie that was first made in the UK and is very famous in the US!
Actually, I uploaded a recipe for dulce de leche last week to make this :)

The word 'Banofee' is a compound word of 'banana' and 'toffee'.
The word 'Banofee' is often used in desserts with banana and caramel flavors.
I don't know how it is in the UK, but in the US, it's usually made by adding dulce de leche to the Banofee Pie.

Pie made by crushing whole wheat cookies,
Bananas and dulce de leche,
And it's a whipped cream combination.
You can make it very very easily if you just make dulce de leche!
It's not too sweet and it's really tasty.

▶Ingredients (for one 9-inch pie pan- 20.5cm top diameter, 18cm bottom diameter, 4cm height)

-75g melted butter
-32g sugar

3 and a half medium-sized bananas
-260g dulce de leche (recipe    • 죽기전에 꼭 먹어봐야 할 디저트!! 남미식 밀크 캐러멜, 둘세 데 ...  )

-360g heavy cream
-36g sugar
-2g vanilla extract
-3g instant coffee powder (I used Starbucks Via)

1) Put the cookies in a ziplock bag and pound them with a rolling pin to break them into small pieces.
2) Add melted butter and sugar and mix until the cookies are evenly wet.
3) Press the cookie into the mold and fix it firmly.
4) Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celcius for 15 minutes. (Unox)
5) Cut the banana into 2 to 2.5cm thick.
6) Fill the inside of the pie with the cut bananas.
7) Put the dulce de leche on the banana and spread it evenly with a spatula.
8) Whip heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and instant coffee powder together to make cream.
If you want to use coarse particles coffee instead of fine coffee powder like mine, warm a very small amount of heavy cream to melt the coffee powder, cool it down, and put it back into the cream side and whip it.
You can omit the coffee powder and just make it with whipped cream and it's also delicious! Customize it to your taste
9) Put the cream on top of the pie to give it a natural shape.

Storage: Because it contains fresh fruit, it tastes best until the day after making it. You should refrigerate it. (No freezing)
