Bahan-bahan:
Daging sapi 500gr
Bawang merah 8 siung
Bawang putih 4 siung
Cabe merah 100gr (20 buah)
Cabe rawit 5 buah
Jahe 1 ruas
Daun salam 2 lembar
Lengkuas 1 ruas
Sereh 1 batang
Daun jeruk 4 lembar
Garam 1 sdt
Kaldu bubuk ½ sdt
Lada bubuk ½ sdt
Gula merah 1 sdt
Kecap manis 3 sdt
Cabe rawit utuh 15 buah
Air kaldu 300 ml

Tips merebus daging biar cepet empuk dengan metode 5.30.7:
Setelah air mendidih masukan daging, rebus selama 5 menit, kemudian matikan kompor diamkan 30 menit. Nyalakan kompor rebus kembali 7 menit. Pastikan panci tertutup & jangan dibuka-buka.
