Quick Fix: Simply Unplug the stove top igniters until the water evaporates if your certain they are clean.

Unplug the igniters
Clean Igniters with a quick evaporating degreaser
(Rubbing Alcohol is a strong suggestion)
Wait until they dry
(could take several hours)
Put back together!
All of the igniters on your stove top range will spark when they get wet.
Be careful when cleaning them. If you did not get your igniters wet, they may need to be replaced or fixed by a professional.
