My mother helped me in all ways to cook First, I used to light a dry wood oven in the village method, put a pan on it, fry cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon, dried chilli, bay leaves, grind it finely in Shilnora, fry the fish well with mustard oil with turmeric salt. Fry the oil with spices, salt and turmeric in it and fry it well with 4 big tomatoes. Putting the fish on top of the banana leaves, I put the pre-made spice in Momo Maker to steam the fish with a fine brush on the body of the fish. After cooking, is just a smile on the face .
