Dubai Marina (Arabic: مرسى دبي) is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city, built along a 3-kilometer (2 mi) stretch of the Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052.
When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai.
The first phase of this project has been completed. Dubai Marina was inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, BC, Canada.


مرسى دبي، يسمى أيضا دبي مرينا هو حي في قلب ما أصبح يعرف في الآونة الأخيرة باسم 'دبي الجديدة'، في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. دبي مارينا هي مدينة قناة اصطناعية، بنيت على امتداد ميلين (3 كم) من ساحل الخليج العربي. اعتبارا من عام 2016، بلغ عدد سكانها 45395 نسمة. عند اكتمال التطوير، سيستوعب أكثر من 120,000 شخص في الأبراج السكنية والفيلات. وهو موجود على التقاطع 5 بين ميناء جبل علي والمنطقة التي تستضيف مدينة دبي للإنترنت، مدينة دبي للإعلام والجامعة الأميركية في دبي. المرحلة الأولى من هذا المشروع قد اكتملت. مرسى دبي استوحى وصُمم ليحاكي التطوير الناجح للغاية لمكان كونكورد المحيط الهادي على طول الخليج الكاذب في فانكوفر، كولومبيا البريطانية، كندا.
