Caramel
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups condensed milk
100 grams white chocolate

Grated dark chocolate

WITH COSTING

Ingredients
6 egg yolks= 42.00
1/4 cup sugar= 2.80
1/4 cup oil= 4.00
1/3 cup milk or water= 3.00
1/2 tsp. salt= 0.10
1 and 1/4 cup cake flour (160 grams) = 6.80
1 tsp. baking powder= 1.00
6 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar= 5.60
