HOW IT WORKS:
The Cubiscan Contour Pro is a pallet dimensioning system that measures protrusions, freight overhang, freight positioning, and tilt within pallet loads. It has two laser-based sensors that view the freight from above and an additional third sensor that inspects the pallet. Based on that data, the Contour Pro can assess the structural integrity of the load and determine if it is safe to be stored, stacked, or handled by an AGV.

Protrusion Detection: Detectable "protrusions" are 4.0cm x 4.0cm x 1cm (length, width, height), meaning that a protruding element that is ≥ 4.0cm in length and width will be accurately detected as part of the object.
