Well here it is the very first cook on my new Member's Mark 36" Wood Pellet Grill!! It was fantastic, this smoker is sooooo efficient it's not even funny, I will get into that on another video coming soon as well.
I followed Matts advice on cooking this brisket and used his Meat Church BBQ dry rubs he recommend and I can honestly say it was the best tasting brisket I've ever made so much so that my wife talked about how darn good it was the next day! She NEVER does that!
