There's an underground punk and noise scene in France, underground in the deepest sense of the term, prolific and varied. For its members, remaining independent is the most important value.
But for these thousands of passionate people, this freedom not ruled by money still has a price: balancing a deep desire for artistic fulfilment at the margins of society with family and professional lives fully anchored in that same society.
