DINNER ONE: marry me pasta
500g chicken breast or thigh - seasoned with 1tbs paprika, garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes
400g penne pasta
160g spinach
240g Philadelphia cooking cream
3 Tbs tomato paste
sun dried tomatoes

DINNER TWO: birria tacos
400g diced tomatoes
1 beef stock cube by oxo
2 Tbs ground cloves
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp oregano
25g garlic paste
40g tomato paste
Mix all above ingredients then add in beef brisket
roughly 1kg beef brisket
2 Tbs honey (added to shredded beef out of pot)
mini tortillas (we used regular in the video)
shredded cheese of choice

DINNER THREE: Homemade burgers
seeded brioche buns
Louisiana chicken tenders by take outs (we accidentally grabbed Nashville ones which are a little more spicy)
extra lean beef mince - seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt and pepper

DINNER FOUR: Hidden veg lasagna
All cooked together for lasagna filling:
x2 zucchinis - shredded
x2 carrots - shredded
400g turkey mince
400g diced tomatoes
For the cream layering:
240g Philadelphia cooking cream
Italian herbs
