This video has been remastered because this tank is close to my heart and I don't like the previous video about this tank. I have modified it a lot to give this result which satisfies me greatly. It is an unknown tank to the general public but is excellent on many points if compared to other more famous tanks. It is out of patriotism that I decided to remake this video.

The Leclerc tank is a third-generation French battle tank, manufactured at the Roanne arsenal by Nexter - formerly Giat Industries - until July 2008. It was named in honour of Marshal Leclerc.

Despite a very long development period, it became the only main battle tank of the French armoured forces, enabling the AMX-30 B2 to be replaced. It is expected to remain in service until 2040.

Following competition with the American M1 Abrams tank and the British Challenger II tank, the United Arab Emirates ordered the Leclerc tank in 1993 and became the sole export customer.
