How To Make Foam Clay Cosplay Horns that are perfect for Lightweight Prosthetics. Foam Clay is a great material for cosplay and crafts since it is both non toxic and extremely easy to work with. In this video I show how to sculpt the foam clay, sand / add details with a Dremel rotary tool, and then paint the finished parts using heavy body acrylics. Foam Clay is an air dry material so it requires approx 24-48 hours for the moisture to wick out and at that time the clay can be sanded by hand or rotary tool. Being so lightweight you can easily use spirit gum or pros aide to attached simple prosthetics to your body.
