It is specifically designed to remove the fresh green bracts (or husk) of the sweet corn efficiently with almost no damage to the tender sweet corn kernels or corn bracts. So the final full bracts can also be used for making Tamales food! The electric motor can be customized according to your local voltage and hertz, for example, 240v, 60hz, single phase, or 120v, 60hz, single phase, etc.

The core technology is the inner husking rollers' special material and the specific design in rollers quantity and length, which are accurately measured so as to make sure the best husking performance for sweet corn or fresh green corn.

A water spray device is installed above the sweet corn husking machine. When the rubber roller rotates, the water spray device starts to spray water. The purpose is to clean the sweet corn slurry stuck on the rubber roller and maintain the friction between the rubber rollers; reduce the high temperature of the rubber rollers due to high-speed operation to protect the rubber rollers; at the same time, a water film is formed on the rubber rollers to reduce the impact of the rubber rollers on the corn seeds and reduce damage rate.
