Aside from the obvious pedophilia, Jasmine covers the rest of the problems with the series as a whole. If you're a reader, please take the time to listen, as it's incredibly important to understand what kind of messages are being normalized to you through your favorite works of fiction. /EDIT

EDIT 07/08/2021: Glorybringer is pedophilia. Every adult who knows this and still ships it, is invited by me, a survivor, to seek some fucking therapy or perhaps a glass of bleach. Every minor who ships it, this relationship is grooming you. Deathbringer is literally twice Glory's age, and Tui Sutherland herself is predatory by purposefully being vague about when dragons in WOF are considered children and adults. Tui Sutherland and the other adults who consume pedophilia are dangerous to you and normalizing someone twice your age pursuing you is what grooming is. This is not an invitation for arguing against me.

EDIT AGAIN: im aware that Tui sutherland went essentially "oops lol" and corrected her mistake by making him, a younger adult? that does not make it less predatory for him to pursue glory when she was underage. if Tui actually wanted to address fans affected by her age gaps in her writing, she would address it in a clearer, professional way. if this exists, please link me to it.
