I'm trying to create the illustrations for my children's book. Having read several children's books with severe lacking in the pretty and artistic departments, I have a standard for the illustrations I want in my own book. It turns out, I'm not alone with my high standards. I'm also not alone in trying to overcome my own standards as I create the art for my book.
