This Oven Roast Fish recipe is just super moist, and so flavorful.

Ingredients
2 Red Snapper Fish ( Or any fish on your choice)

WET RUB
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp Jerk Seasoning
2 tbsp Cooking oil

Escovitch Pickle Sauce
Onion & Garlic
Carrot
Scotch bonnet peppers
Pimento Peppers (for flavor)
Okra (optional)
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Pinch salt & pepper
