I have received many request on how to create a diet breakfast covering the total week. Below i have compile diet breakfast for 7 days which you could try out.

Low carb breakfast series by Nivi the Lankan girl


*******Monday Diet Breakfast eggs and cheese waffles 250 Calories

Ingredients ;
Mozzarella - 20g
Eggs - 2
Oil/butter - 8g
Tomatoes - 50g
STEPS ;
1) mix the 2 eggs with mozzarella cheese, and the mixture is made in to a waffles after spraying some oil.
2) make the waffle topping , we will stir-fry the tomatoes with garlic, paper and salt.
3 ) garnish the waffles with the tomatoes mixture , before enjoying the delicious breakfast.




*******Tuesday Diet Breakfast Oats Pudding 285 Calories

ingredients ;
Instant oats 30g
Non fat milk 70ml
Ceylon Nuts Peanut butter 1tbsp
Green Apple 1/2

Steps ;
1) As the first step you need to add the milk , 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter and quarter apple into the oats and boil it in medium flame until its cooked.
2) garnish the oats pudding with leftover peanut butter and apple
