Hello, my name is Jamuna (Nana) and I live in Malaysia. My purpose of creating this channel is to educate and share with you my experiences and knowledge on mental health topics. I am on the Autism Spectrum, diagnosed in my late 30s. I particularly would like to engage audience from my beautiful country Malaysia to educate and inspire you that mental health issues and Autism Spectrum are not all gloomy. Other than that I also talk about Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and other topics related to mental health.
