I've got a house full this weekend, so had to get some shopping and make a quick cake, thought I'd share! Hope you enjoy it xx

Cake Ingredients:
6 oz Flour
6 oz Sugar
6 oz Baking Fat
3 medium eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp mixed spice

Mix all the ingredients together using the 'all in one method' and then add the apple...

1 eating apple, peeled and chopped

I used a 2lb loaf tin, lined.

I cooked this at 170 for 45 mins in the air fryer. It would probably take about the same amount of time in a regular oven.... just check with a skewer before you take it out of the oven. xx
