Paddy's DIY - Replacing a damaged wooden door panel

In this video, I am going to be replacing a damaged door panel in a solid teak front door.

My customer asked my to replace both of the wood panels in this exterior door. It is a teak four panel teak door. Two of the panels are glazed, and the other panels are solid teak molded panels. The wooden panels have several cracks that have developed over years. My customer has told me that when it rains that it leaks. To me they are not bad, and could be repaired with filler and a couple of coats of paint. But they were adamant that they wanted them replaced, so who am i to argue. So here is the process of replacing the panels.
