Hi friends!

We have made meatloaf in the past, but since my family is trying to eat a little less beef, I decided to experiment with plant-based food products.
Today we are using the Beyond Beef product to find out how it compares to real ground beef, if it tastes good, if the texture is too different, and if it is worth using. This is not a sponsored video, it is just to satisfy my curiosity. So we are going to make a recipe that I make a lot at home using the exact same recipe for my meatloaf and then I will give it to someone to try to give us their honest opinion.

Introduction:
"Beyond Beef is a plant-based ground beef made without GMOs, soy or gluten to offer the versatility, meaty texture and juiciness of ground beef." --Beyond Meat.
It has 35% less total and saturated fat than 80/20 ground beef, fewer calories, no cholesterol, as well as B vitamins and minerals, while providing a whopping 20 grams of protein per burger.
