After 16 days away from my northern property in the mountainous wilderness of British Columbia, it's time to return. It is now time to begin work in earnest on my 2nd much larger cabin that needs to be completed before snowfall. With forest fire road closures and some mechanical hiccups along the way, getting back to the wild proves to be tricky business.
One or two last big ticket purchases still remain, but I have to desperately stay within my budget if I am to continue on out here. I'm determined to have my boat situation settled for once and for all. The ever elusive Jet Drive outboard is necessary for this sometimes shallow and tricky river for me to have consistent river access.
