take 4 large or 6 medium potatoes. weighing approximately 800-900 g, clean, wash.
cut into pieces to speed up cooking and put the potatoes in the pan.

take 400 g of any meat. I have a chicken fillet and cut into pieces.
put the meat in a meat grinder to obtain minced meat. (you can initially take 400 g of minced meat, but I like it better when I do it myself).
check the potatoes for readiness. When the potatoes are ready, drain the water.
put the potatoes in a bowl, add 30 g of butter. mash potatoes to obtain mashed potatoes.
add 2 eggs to the potatoes. mix.
add salt, pepper and paprika. mix.

add 100 g of corn starch and 10 g of baking powder. mix.
We put the pan on the fire, pour in the oil. add the onion and fry it.
put the minced meat in the pan, mix.
add 50 g of tomato puree, salt, pepper and paprika and mix.
fry for literally 5 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
place the potatoes in a baking dish and level them. in the middle we make an indentation as in the video. place the minced meat in the recess.
cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
Grate 30 g of cheese.
We take out the potatoes with minced meat from the oven, remove aluminum foil and sprinkle with cheese.
Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with dill.
