Short rice noodles recipe:
Rice flour 1 cup
Tapioca starch 1/4 cup
Salt half of 1/4 tsp
Boiling water 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 1/2 tbsp
Water (room temperature) 3 tbsps
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp

Stir fry recipe:
Short noodles 1 cup
Bean sprouts 1 cup
Chives 1/2 cup
Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
Sweetfish sauce 1 tbsp / more
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
1 Egg
Cooked Pork Sausage 5 slices
