Frying pan 18 cm | 6 small portions *It is a satisfying dessert or snack due to the oats and eggs.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons of granulated Monk fruit or no-calorie sweetener
- 150 ml Plant base milk or unsweetened milk
- 150 g of ground oats | For a less dense texture, divide half oats and ground almonds 50/50.
- 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp vanilla
For the chocolate layer, add to a portion of the mixture:
- 1.5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa + 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil * If you see that the mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk until it has a lighter texture.
- Optional ; Chocolate chips to taste.
⭐ Cook for 12-15 min over low heat in a pan or for 15-20 min at 180 'c | 350'f in the oven. * Do the toothpick test to see if it is fully cooked.
