Since ICC'S inception 9 out of 10 cases has involved African leaders
and hundreds other cases are still pending or waiting the arrest,. Although most African countries have expressed the desire to leave the ICC, it is still impossible as long as they depend on western institutions for funding.

for example if you leave the ICC you may not get any funding from IMF or World Bank. In conclusion the only viable path is Africa to be economic free from western institutions
