Basically this video shows how you can merge most of the Hidden/Limited Release Liveries in GTA from Classique's Spreadsheet. In this video we will be using BEFF and The Car To Service Car Merge to achieve making these Liveries. We unfortunately can not make The Vehicles From Set #1 and Set #2. If you want to know what can be made, please refer to a video I made for reference on these Liveries. (If you want to see what they look like before going through the whole ordeal of making them)
