2 glass of rice soak for 30mins.
In a wide deep pan add 2tbsp Oil & Add raw masala.
Finely chopped some of the veggies of your choice.
I used Carrot,tomato, potato, & greenpeas.
Then add ½ tbsp turmeric Shasha Kashmiri Mirch,1tbsp Shasha Biryani Masala ,1tbsp Salt for taste Mix it well.
SHASHA MASALA BRINGS NICE TASTE AND AROMA.
Add Soaked Rice Mix slowly else rice may break Add water for 1 glass of rice 1 & ½ glass water Mix all ingredients.
Add coriander leaves then Cook in high flame for 3 mins and low flame 5mins Serve it hot delicious & good aroma biryani.
Served hot with chatni & salad😊😊
