One box lemon cake mix
3/4 cup sour cream (170 g)
2/3 cup milk or buttermilk (150 g)
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil (69 g)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla (15 g)
Juice and zest from one large or two small lemons
1/4 cup AP flour (30 g)
325° F (163° C) 24-28 minutes.
Make three 6” rounds
Two 8” rounds
Or 18-24 cupcakes
