Recipe and ingredients:
250 g pumpkin.
350 ml water.
1 teaspoon coriander.
Blend with an immersion blender.
It turned out to be 300 ml of puree.
25 ml olive oil.
a pinch of salt.
160 g red lentils.
30 g raisins.
50 g walnuts.
40 g pumpkin seeds.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
40 g psyllium husk.
Grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil.
a little more vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with coriander.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 190°C.
