There's so many ways you can get creative with your spam musubi. You can add eggs and furikake like I did, or maybe add some vegetables! Your spam musubi, your way.

For larger parties, you can layer the nori (dried seaweed wrapper), rice, furikake, eggs, and spam on a shallow baking dish instead of individually wrapping the spam musubis. It's a lot faster to make, and people can just cut their own slices of spam musubi!
