සාමාන්‍යයෙන් කිරි ටොෆී හදන්නෙ ටිංකිරි වලින්නෙ. අද මම ඔයාලට කියලා දෙන්නෙ එළකිරි වලින් හදන විදිය. හරිම ලේසියි. හරිම ලාබයි.
Milk toffee from Fresh milk
Ingredients
1. 1L of Fresh milk
2. 3 cups of Sugar (600g)
3. 2 tbsp of Butter
4. 1/8 tsp of Salt
5. 2 tsp of Vanilla
6. 1.5 tsp of Cardamom powder
7. 75-100g of Cashew nuts

අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය
1. ෆ්‍රෙශ් මිල්ක් ලී 1
2. සීනි කෝප්ප 3 (ග්‍රෑ 600)
3. බටර් මේසහැදි 2
4. ලුනු තේහැදි 1/8
5. වැනිලා තේහැදි 2
6. එන්සාල් කුඩු තේහැදි 1 .5

7. කජු ග්‍රෑ 75- 100
