On November 19, 2023, West Palm Beach Police intervened to halt a vehicle traveling against traffic on a one-way street, averting potential accidents and ensuring public safety. Despite repeated requests, the female driver refused to exit the vehicle, leading to physical removal by the officer. Her uncooperative behavior escalated, revealing signs of aggression and intoxication. This prompted a field sobriety test, during which she became hostile, resulting in her arrest for DUI and resisting arrest. Refusal to take a breathalyzer test led to her transfer to the county jail, where she faced charges including DUI, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer, highlighting the consequences of impaired driving and non-compliance with law enforcement.
