Marv Levy's 1978 Chiefs didn't pile up wins, but they did accrue many yards on the ground. With a series of good ballcarriers, a decent offensive line, and lacking just about everything else, Levy pulled out this relic in order to keep the Chiefs competitive. Despite having a losing record, the Wing T was effective, piling up the third most rushing yards in NFL history (and second most in 1978, behind the New England Patriots).
