(The Erie Islands - Part 2) this is part 2 of our May 2024 Lake Erie trip! We camped and fished off Kelley’s Island. This place really was smallmouth heaven! Fishing early may, we focused on fishing 10-12 FOW which worked great! We got into a load of big prespawn smallmouth, catching multiple 5 pounders! If you are EVER able to make your way up to the big pond, stay on Kelley’s island and fish off the points in early May! Neg rigs and drop shots were key! Thanks for watching!!
