The program was held in October with 48 participants from 42 countries, including 21 Asian countries, 11 African countries, 6 Americas, 2 European countries and 2 Oceanian countries. It has been continuously promoted since 2015 to strengthen technical expertise through standardized Taekwondo theory and practical education for Taekwondo leaders in developing countries and to cultivate Taekwondo professional leaders with an international sense.
