This is an easy Keto sambar recipe. You don't need to miss on your sambar when you are dieting.
Keto Sambar
Ingredients
Onion - 2 no
Tomato - 2 no
Green chili - 2 no
Sambar powder - 2 t spoon
Coriander powder - 1 t spoon
Turmeric powder - 1 t spoon
Asafetida and salt as per taste
Water as per requirement
Pressure cook up to 4 whistle
Transfer it to a mixer jar & grind it
Heat a cooker & add oil
Add mustard seeds & fenugreek seeds
Add shallots & curry leaves
Add dry red chili and fry well
Add salt and fry for few minutes
Add 1 spoon sambar powder & 1 spoon coriander powder
Fry till the raw smell goes
Add the ground mixture and let it boil for few mins
Add vegetables of your choice (keto friendly preferred)
Close the cooker and cook for few mins
Add tamarind water (optional)
Add one spoon of ghee & garnish with coriander leaves (optional)
Keto sambar is ready to be served
