Last Wednesday morning, I went to take another professional certification exam. I had been preparing for this exam for about a month. I passed the exam, so I am one step closer to becoming an ethical hacker. As a reward to myself, I went to a Japanese restaurant and had wagyu seafood rice. I have to say, this wagyu seafood rice was "amazing"! Its appearance, color, and taste were all great! "Amazing" is a popular slang term used to express something is fantastic, remarkable, or impressive. We can say "…is amazing!" For example, "This restaurant is amazing!" After leaving the Japanese restaurant, I also went to buy my favorite pearl milk tea.

In Chinese, there is a term called "guo lao fei," which means "overworked obesity," caused by excessive fatigue. Now that I think about it, I am prone to "guo lao fei." I find that every time I am busy or under a lot of pressure, I always feel like eating. Eating has become a way for me to reduce stress. Although it may not be particularly healthy, I just really enjoy it, and I don't want to be too strict with myself. Do you experience "guo lao fei"? Do you like to use food to reduce stress? What are your favorite ways to relieve stress? Share with me in the comments!

Last week, I discovered "fragrant sprouts" at an Asian supermarket, which is a very special food. In my family, we often make "fried fragrant sprouts" in the spring, which is made by coating the fragrant sprouts with egg batter and frying them in a pan. This time, I bought two boxes and made "fried fragrant sprouts" for the first time myself.

"Xiangchun" is the name of this food. "Chun" is the name of a tree, and "xiangchun" is the name of the tender shoots of this tree. The Chinese character "chun" is easy to understand. It is a common left-right structure, with the "mu" radical on the left, representing a type of plant, and the right side representing the sound "chun", which has the same pronunciation as "spring". Therefore, "xiangchun" is a must-try delicacy in spring! There are too many Chinese cuisines. I think my love for food is related to this. In each season, we have special cuisines. "Fragrant sprouts" are a special food in spring. In spring, we also eat "spring rolls", "qingtuan", and so on. These are all natural delicacies. If you have the chance, you must try them!

We love to search for good food, and I also enjoy various kinds of cuisine from different cultures around the world. The focus of our travels is often on seeking out good food. I believe that food not only represents different cultures, but also expresses people's pursuit and yearning for a good life. There is a saying in Chinese, 'Only love and good food cannot be disappointed.' This means that love and good food are very important in our lives and cannot be ignored or underestimated, as they represent the beauty and happiness of life.

Since food is a source of happiness in life, cooking is a way of creating happiness. I had some free time on Friday, so I made braised noodles at home. This is a very popular type of noodles in northern China, and my family loves to eat it. The recipe is simple, and it tastes especially good!

The character "焖" (men) is a Chinese character with a left-right structure, where the left component is the "fire" radical and the right component represents the sound "men". However, when the two components are put together, the tone changes, and it is pronounced as "mèn". "Braised" is a cooking method where food is cooked in a pot with water, usually covered with a lid and simmered slowly until the food absorbs the flavor and the water almost disappears. This method is very simple, you just need to pour water into the pot and wait for about 20 minutes. It's very convenient.
