Hey! Here's how to use twixtor and time remap in Premiere Pro. This is the best (basic) method for time remapping rather than using the built in graph (used previously on my outdated tutorial). Using twixtor (and time remapping) is not easy and the results will differ depending on your clips (how they look visually), frame rate (lower = choppier) and graphs.
