It's time to make our annual mustard, we make two new recipes and utilize extra berries we had leftover from the fall season to make a berry and apple sauce. We end the evening with delicious Ptarmigan bites for dinner.

~ Spicy Yellow Mustard Ingredients ~
4.5 cups yellow mustard powder
3+ cups cold water
3/4 cup white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup cane sugar
1 whole garlic head grated
2 tbs grated tumeric
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp kosher salt

~ Sweet Brown Mustard Ingredients ~
2 cups ground brown mustard seeds
2 cups yellow mustard powder
2 cups warm water
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups honey
1 tbs kosher salt

~ Berry and Apple Butter Ingredients ~
6 apples peeled
6 cups high bush cranberries
2.5 cups watermelon berries
2 cups cane sugar
1/2 tsp each: cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg, ground cloves
Juice of 1 lemon
