I felt like combining two of my Favorite things, Sketching and Saturdays together into one video. Since we are at, I thought Ill talk about How I find my artistic style.

‘How Do I find my Artistic style?’ is a question I often asked myself. And i turns out, It's not that complicated!

1. Finding an art style is a never ending process, you’ll never completely “arrive” at it, it's a constantly evolving process.

2. The definition of Style(to me) is pretty much a combination of all our interests,likes and dislikes,perspectives and beliefs. It's the DECISIONS we make on various levels that define our style.

3. A simple exercise to “find” your style. Take a piece of paper and write down 3 to 5 things,art style or artists that you like. For each item, ask “what is the one specific element that I like about this art or the artist?” . The combination of all the answers would lead to better understanding of one’s artistic tastes.

KEY takeaway - DO you, find all that interests you, put em together and make the DECISIONS that only YOU would make.
