Jing-Jin New City is located in Baodi District, Tianjin, China, and was once promoted as Asia's largest villa area, but was more often referred to as a ghost city during its construction. We traveled to Jing-Jin New City to investigate and document its current state, even visiting a set of linked villas with a price as low as 3000 yuan per square meter and interviewing a real estate agent in the area. Through this documentary, you can gain insight into the current state of this ghost city, and discover that Jing-Jin New City may be among the cities in China with the lowest house prices, along with He Gang.

As China continues to invest heavily in infrastructure, the real estate industry is always a hot topic worth discussing.
